Far Eastern Federal District Acquires Over 600 Units of Agricultural Machinery in 2019
First Deputy Minister of Agriculture Dzhambulat Khatuov held a conference call on the supply of agricultural machinery and equipment to the Far Eastern Federal District.
The Ministry continuously monitors the acquisition of machinery and equipment in the regions, Mr. Khatuov noted.
According to the forecasts of subjects of the Russian Federation, this year the acquisition of 467 tractors and 286 combines is planned throughout the Far Eastern Federal District. As of August 13, a total of more than 600 pieces of equipment were purchased.
The positive dynamics of the purchase campaign is observed in the Amur Region, Khabarovsk and Primorsky Territories, and the Jewish Autonomous Region.
Backlog from previously announced plans is observed in the Magadan, Sakhalin regions, Trans-Baikal Territory, and the Republic of Buryatia. According to Dzhambulat Khatuov, these regions need to intensify their work in order to complete all the tasks in time.
The First Deputy Minister recalled that this year agricultural producers of the Far Eastern Federal District have the opportunity to purchase domestically produced units at a 20% discount. JSC Rosagroleasing also provides special programs as an effective tool for technical equipment and upgrades.
Currently, 138 units for a total of 532 million rubles are located at different stages of the supply of agricultural machinery and equipment for leasing in the Far Eastern Federal District, and 73 applications worth 1.6 billion rubles have been approved as part of soft loans.
