Dmitry Patrushev to head Russian delegation at the International Green Week exhibition in Berlin
From January 18 to January 27, Berlin will host the 84th International Green Week exhibition, which is one of the largest global events in agriculture. About 1,700 exhibitors from more than 60 countries will participate in the event, representing over 100,000 products in food, farm animals and agricultural machinery.
The Minister of Agriculture Dmitry Patrushev, who will open the exhibition of the Russian Federation at the event, will head the country's delegation. During his visit to Germany, the head of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia will also hold a series of bilateral meetings with his foreign colleagues and take part in the XI Berlin Conference of Ministers of Agriculture. One of the key topics of the conference and the whole business program of Green Week this year will be the introduction of digital technologies in agriculture.
The achievements of Russian agriculture will be exhibited at the country’s stand, organized by the Russian export center. Several Russian regions like Stavropol Territory, Kaliningrad and Saratov regions, the Republic of Tatarstan will also have stands in Berlin to exhibit bakery and confectionary, dairy products, vegetables and vegetable oils, fish and other products.
